April 19:  The Julian Fire Plugs will sponsor the Julian Arts and Crafts Fair from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the parking lot of Julian Rabobank. Local artists and crafters will sell hand-made goods. The highlight of the event will be Julian’s own microbrewed Nickel Beer. July 4: Community Fourth of July ParadePre-parade activities start at 10 a.m. with a bank robbery at Rabobank, musical talent and a variety of entertainment,  the Flyover will begin approximately 11 a.m. and the Parade will step off at noon. The Parade starts at the high school and ends at Frank Lane Park.  Main Street will close at 9 a.m. and traffic will be detoured along 4th Street to C Street back to Main Street.
